Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your skate sharpener within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at kuriousgeorge@bellnet.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your sharpener for the same model, contact us at support@yourbrand.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Used sharpeners
• Replacement parts or accessories
• Gift cards
